. Who is Chronic Fatigue? A. Three guys that play and record “Original Instrumental Rock” Music. Chronic Fatigue formed more then ten years ago in Northern New Jersey with one goal in mind, to have fun writing, recording and playing original music. Instead of the usual “Vocal Front Man” band, Chronic Fatigue took on playing instrumental music. The band “filled the vocal void” with bass lines, drum rhythms, and guitar leads .
